Real Estate Sales Pre-license Course

Approved by the State for the educational requirement towards a sales person license. This class is taught by a team of experts including a past president of the Flint Board of Realtors, practicing attorneys, a certified appraiser with over 10,000 appraisals completed, title work professionals and experienced loan officers. Brokerage Management
30 Hours
Approved by the State for 30 hours of the required 90 hours of broker education course work. The class prepares students for the challenges and rewards ahead when they become Licensed real estate Brokers. Students will learn management systems that incorporate the changes in the market and technology so that they can work more effectively with the public, their sales associates and their staffs.
