Approved by the State Appraisers and Real Estate Agents.  The class exposes students to the field of Mortgage Lending and will count for Day 1 of the 5 day course should you decide to continue on. (no prerequisite) - $175 – (materials included)

The course is designed to prepare students for a career as a mortgage loan officer. You will be taught by experienced loan officers to fill out mortgage applications the way it is done in the field in our computer lab. You will be prepared to work with an employing mortgage lenders whether a mortgage banker, commercial banker, savings and loan institution, credit union, or savings bank. On completion of the course you will be awarded your Computer Trained Loan Officer, (CTLO) designation. (no prerequisite) - $375 - (text included)
