Joe Paris, IFA, GRI
AQB Certified USPAP Instructor
Joe Paris is the Administrator of the Real Estate Training Academy and owner of REplace-on line.com. Joe is a Certified Residential Appraiser with an AQB Certification, he is the Michigan State Director for the National Association of Independent Fee Appraisers (NAIFA) where he holds an IFA designation. Joe, along with a group of talented and dedicated instructors in the fields of appraising, real estate sales, home inspection and mortgage loan origination developed a training facility to meet the needs of busy professionals.

Donna K. Mallonnee
Donna holds a B.S. from Central Michigan University, an MBA from Lawrence Technological Institute and a Law Degree from Michigan State University College of Law. Donna is a licensed real estate agent and practicing attorney specializing in estate planning and real estate issues. Donna teaches Real Estate Law, Risk Management, 1031 Tax Free Exchanges and the legal portions of all the real estate classes at the Real Estate Training Academy.

Lori Paese
Lori has a Law Degree from Michigan State University College of Law. Lori is a practicing attorney specializing in estate planning and real estate issues. Lori teaches Real Estate Law, Risk Management, 1031 Tax Free Exchanges and the legal portions of all the real estate classes at the Real Estate Training Academy.

George Wells, BSEE, CRHI, CCBI, CMI
George has an MBA from Tiffin University and is an electrical engineer with extensive teaching and program development experience in Home Inspection, Project Management and Construction Skill Trades. George is a New York State Licensed Home Inspector and serves in an advisory capacity for training facilities in New York, California and Kansas. George has developed and operates BestInspectors.Net, a web based support system that provides marketing and a business model for Home Inspectors without franchise fees. George has produced XL Pro Home Inspection software, a state of the art program included with the 7 Day Course.

Kevin Groves, IFAS, CERA
Kevin received his Bachelor of Science – Urban Planning and Landscape Architecture from Michigan State University in 1973. He has been a practicing appraiser since 1987 with over 7,500 residential appraisals and 850 commercial narrative reports. Kevin is a licensed Real estate Broker, Certified General Real Estate Appraiser and a Licensed Builder in the State of Michigan. Kevin holds the IFAS designation with the National Association of Real Estate Appraisers (NAIFA) indicating that he has achieved senior status with the Association, having attended the required education and experience and successful professional peer review of a narrative commercial demonstration report. Kevin has been awarded the Certified Environmental Risk Assessor (CERA) by the National Association of Environmental Risk Auditors.

Jim Baliko
Jim has a Business Degree from Detroit College of Business and a Masters of Science Administration from Central Michigan University. Jim taught business classes at Detroit College of
Business and has an extensive background in management. Jim is a licensed Real Estate Appraiser in the State of Michigan who has trained many successful appraisers through out his career.

M. Sue Csutoras, ABR, ABRM, CRB, CRS, GRI, LTG, PMN, SRES
Sue is the owner/broker of Caldwell Banker Home & Hearth Realtors in Davison Michigan. She is a past president of the Flint Board of Realtors, and has served as the education director for the Residential Sales Council in Michigan. Sue is instrumental in developing and teaching real estate pre license and continuing education at the Real Estate Training Academy. Her knowledge, experience and love of the business is an invaluable contribution to the success of our students and the school.

Grant Hamady, GRI, RAM
Grant received his Business Degree from the University of Michigan. Grant Hamady Realty, which is located across the street from the school, has been a successful real estate and property management company for over 25 years. Grant uses his extensive experience as a broker and property manager to enhance the educational opportunity at the Real Estate Training Academy for aspiring real estate agents and seasoned veterans.

Laura Kolenda, B.S., B.F.A. Interior Design
Laura is a real estate agent who has also obtained her Limited Appraisal License and is an experienced Loan Officer. Laura has a Bachelor of Science and B.F.A. degrees from Wayne State University. She has authored the home staging continuing education class at the Real Estate Training Academy and teaches classes on Real Estate Sales and Loan Officer Training.

Victor RaCosky
Victor has an Associates Degree in Business Management from Detroit College of Business. Victor has a Michigan Builders License and Real Estate Broker License, his Mortgage Lending Experience dates back to 1972. Victor has developed mortgage lending training programs, conducted seminars and opened new branch offices for several companies. Thanks to Victor’s experience we have developing a Loan Officer Training Class that is one of the best in the country.

Bryan Paris
Bryan is a Licensed Real Estate Agent and a State Licensed Appraiser who primarily teaches continuing education classes at the Real estate Training Academy.

Michael Hamacher
Mike has a Bachelor of Science from Kent State University and 30 years experience in the lending business. Mike manages the Loan Department at LaSalle Bank located next door to the school and adds his year of experience to the Loan Officer Training Program.

Mike Lehner
Mike is a Licensed Builder with 30 years of experience in construction, he has taught the Home Inspection and Builder License Exam Prep Class at two of the local colleges. Mike has developed courses in Home Inspection and Builder License Exam Prep that have enabled hundreds of students to accomplish their ambitions. Mike has been instrumental in developing the Home Inspection and Builder License Courses offered at the Real Estate Training Academy. |
